Guideline for Covid-19 test for people traveling overseas

On the test day

• Need to bring : Passport

  Making a reservation is mandatory. (Monday~Thrusday, 10:00 ~ 12:00PM, 14:00 ~ 16:00PM)

  The issuance requirement may change due to the immigration policy of each country, so please contact the embassy before you visit.

• Precautions
  We cannot conduct an exam if your temperature is upper to 37.5 degrees or blood pressure is abnormal.

  Please avoid alcohol and have enough rest before you have a test.

  Test Result for China

  The date of sample collection, date of test, and result date are all marked as the date of the test.

  The date of issue is marked one day after the test.

  There is a difference in the form of test results required by each country and the time of issuance of the results, so please check with the relevant country's embassy.
• Please bring your ID card to receive the test result from Reception booth 14 of Hospitla Administration Dept.
• Examinee should pick up the result. If 3^rd party will pick up the result, please inform the family medicine department on the day of the test.
