• Cautions
  • Reception hours may be adjusted depending on the number of patients visiting department.
  • If there are a lot of patients or the day of visit is impossible, waiting time may be longer. You can reduce waiting time after making reservation through phone call.
  • Patient (who does not have patient registration number) is needed to bring original copy of referral (issued within 7 days after) or medical examination result issued by the primary or secondary hospital, for registration. The original one for medical treatment will be kept at the hospital and copy one will be given if you want to keep it.
  • At Family medicine and rehabilitation medicine department, you can be treated without referral.
  • If you have image materials (CD), please tell us in advance and bring it on the day of your visit.
